Nathalie’s Gourmet Studio

Can you tell I love French food? So I found another delight –  a hidden gem in the ever-confusing sprawling Solaris Dutamas but definitely worth the hunt! It’s Nathalie’s Gourmet Studio, and the petite chef turns out some amazing delicate foods and not to mention incredible macarons in all flavours!

We went there for lunch and it was quite busy. Some yummy delights you can find on the menu:

Chicken timbale with morilles

Pan-fried scallops on a morel ragout, morel and meat short juice

Three Tartars, Three jelly

King prawns and coral lasagnas, zucchini “brunoise”, coral sauce

Seafood, spinach and mushroom lasagnas

Duck confit, “Sarladaises” fried potatoes

Strawberry tiramisu — to die for!

So if you’re convinced by her good food, then don’t hesitate to join up her culinary classes, buy her cook book  or even cater at home. (which I’ve tasted at an amazing hosts’ home and that was superlicious! )

Address: Unit 4-1-5 Solaris Dutamas. Tel: 03 62079572

  1. We love Nathalie’s too, her food is so pretty and tasty.
Maybe you can try Sage (at The Gardens) and Cilantro (Micasa Hotel), they do excellent French-Japanese cuisine.
